Dear Cla: I’m sorry your MLB debut was somewhat stressful.
(I know a little something about pressure.)
Please tell your mom I apologize to her as well.

You can't sit on a lead and run a few plays into the line and just kill the clock. You've got to throw the ball over the damn plate and five the other man his chance. That's why baseball is the greatest game of them all. — Earl Weaver
Is that supposed to be "give the other man his chance".
Glad to see someone got some enjoyment out of the games. I drove up from New York for Saturday's game only to have it rained out, and it was impossible for me to unload my tickets since I couldn't attend the reschedule. Oh well.
I still have yet to find a defensible reason for why Cla was in there in the first place. Closely followed by why he was STILL in there after giving up to walks, and Sexson coming up to bat since Sexson has got to know the kid is going to groove him one or two to avoid another walk. Atrocious managing.

Sorry you weren't able to make the game, Ed. Just imagine your face in place of the Bedazzler Elvis.
Thanks for finding and pointing out that typo. I should put you on some sort of rewards program.
